4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Ownership of custom project deliverables is defined in individual signed agreements. Third-party libraries, foundation models, external APIs, open-source packages, cloud services, and pre-existing company components remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

5. No Warranty

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

InventaCore is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Project-specific liability terms are governed by signed contracts.
